Chicken and Mushroom Pasta Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
6 1/2 oz | 184g | Orzo or rosamarina - uncooked |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Mayonnaise |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Dry mustard |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Cubed - cooked chicken |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Halved red seedless grapes |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Sliced celery |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Green pepper - chopped |
1 | Sliced mushrooms - drained |
Cook orzo to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain, rinse with cold water.
In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, and salt. Stir in cooked orzo and remaining ingredients; mix well.
Cover, refrigerate several hours or overnight. If necessary, stir in additional mayonnaise before serving.
