6 | Empire apples - unpeeled, cut in thin wedges | |
2 cups | 220g / 7.8oz | Celery - diced |
1 | Pineapple chunks - (20 ounces), drained | |
8 oz | 227g | Cheddar cheese - cubed |
3/4 cup | 69g / 2.4oz | Slivered almonds - toasted |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
Lettuce leaves |
Combine first five ingredients in mixing bowl and set aside.
Combine sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix well. Pour over apples mixture; toss gently.
Chill 1 to 2 hours.
Serve on lettuce cups.
