Carrot-Raisin Slaw

Recipe Ingredients

  Slaw
5   Carrots - shredded
1 cup 110g / 3.9ozThin sliced celery
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozThin sliced onion
3/4 cup 120g / 4.2ozRaisins
  Dressing
4 tablespoons 60mlSour cream
4 tablespoons 60mlMayonnaise
1   Lemon juice
1/2   Salt
1   Pepper

Recipe Instructions

Combine slaw ingredients in a bowl.

Mix dressing ingredients together and add to vegetables. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.

This recipe came from Mickey. She said she got it from me, but, since I don't remember it, she gets the credit for it.
