Carrot-Raisin Slaw Recipe - Cooking Index
Slaw | ||
5 | Carrots - shredded | |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Thin sliced celery |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Thin sliced onion |
3/4 cup | 120g / 4.2oz | Raisins |
Dressing | ||
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Sour cream |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Mayonnaise |
1 | Lemon juice | |
1/2 | Salt | |
1 | Pepper |
Combine slaw ingredients in a bowl.
Mix dressing ingredients together and add to vegetables. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
This recipe came from Mickey. She said she got it from me, but, since I don't remember it, she gets the credit for it.
