1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Onion - cut into bite-sized (large) |

3/4 cup | 177ml | Radishes - thinly sliced |
1/2 cup | 8g / 0.3oz | Cilantro - chopped |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Orange juice |
1 | Orange-blossom water | |
1 | Cinnamon | |
Salt and pepper | ||
Pita wedges |
Combine carrots, oranges, radishes and cilantro in a salad bowl.
Whisk together the olive oil, juices, water, cinnamon, salt and pepper and pour over the salad. Cover and chill
Serve garnished with pita wedges.
