2 1/2 cups 275g / 9.7ozCarrots - shredded
1/2 cup 80g / 2.8ozCraisins
1   Crushed pineapple - (8 oz) well drained
8   Low fat lemon yogurt

Recipe Instructions

Craisins are dried cranberry flakes.

Combine all ingredients.

Serve on salad greens if desired.
