2 1/2 cups | 275g / 9.7oz | Carrots - shredded |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Craisins |
1 | Crushed pineapple - (8 oz) well drained | |
8 | Low fat lemon yogurt |
Craisins are dried cranberry flakes.
Combine all ingredients.
Serve on salad greens if desired.
