1 | Romaine lettuce | |
3 oz | 85g | Cheddar cheese - shredded |
2 | Tomatoes - sliced | |
2 | Green onions - sliced | |
6 oz | 170g | Ripe olives - pitted |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Corn chips - crushed |
Avocado Dressing - recipe in cookbook or bottled Garlic Dressing |
Tear lettuce into bite size pieces.
Place in a large salad bowl along with all other salad ingredients.
Toss with dressing just before serving.
