Caesar Salad Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Spicy hot mustard | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Anchovy paste | 
| 1 | Garlic - crushed | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Nonfat buttermilk | 
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Parmesan cheese - grated | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chablis or other dry white wine | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Red wine vinegar | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh parsley - chopped | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil | 
Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
Add buttermilk and remaining ingredients, stirring with a wire whisk until blended.
Cover and chill
