Caesar Salad by Pat Recipe - Cooking Index

1 | Egg | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Lemon juice |
20 | Romaine lettuce leaves - torn (about 2 heads) | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Freshly grated Parmesan |
1 | Anchovy fillets - (2 oz) | |
Salt and pepper to taste | ||
1 cup | 30g / 1.1oz | Seasoned croutons |
Crush garlic in large salad bowl (or use garlic press). Add egg and next 4 ingredients.
Beat well using a wire whisk. Add lettuce; toss to coat.
Add remaining ingredients; toss again. Serve immediately.
