Caesar Salad by Pat

Recipe Ingredients

1   Garlic
1   Egg
1 tablespoon 15mlOlive oil
1 teaspoon 5mlWorcestershire
1 teaspoon 5mlDijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlLemon juice
20   Romaine lettuce leaves - torn (about 2 heads)
1/2 cup 118mlFreshly grated Parmesan
1   Anchovy fillets - (2 oz)
  Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup 30g / 1.1ozSeasoned croutons

Recipe Instructions

Crush garlic in large salad bowl (or use garlic press). Add egg and next 4 ingredients.

Beat well using a wire whisk. Add lettuce; toss to coat.

Add remaining ingredients; toss again. Serve immediately.
