Cabbage-Pineapple Salad

Recipe Ingredients

3 cups 711mlCabbage - (shredded)
1 lb 454g / 16ozCan unsweetened pineapple
2 tablespoons 30mlSugar replacement
1   Salt
1/2 cup 118mlLo-cal whipped topping
  (prepared)

Recipe Instructions

Combine cabbage and pineapple with juice, sugar replacement and salt.

Stir to dissolve sugar replacement. Allow to rest at room temperature for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Drain thoroughly. Fold topping into cabbage mixture.
