Recipe Ingredients

4 cups 584g / 20ozChopped cabbage
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozOnion - chopped fine (medium)
1   Chinese noodles*
1   Baby shrimp - drained
1/2 cup 118mlOil
1/4 cup 59mlVinegar
1   Soy sauce (optional)
1/4 cup 59mlHoney
1/4 cup 27g / 1ozSun flower seeds

Recipe Instructions

* Top Ramen style - do not use the flavor packet in this recipe.

Wisk together oil, vinegar, and honey. Pour over all other ingredients. Mix well. Cover and let stand in refrigerator 24 hours.
