4 cups | 584g / 20oz | Chopped cabbage |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - chopped fine (medium) |
1 | Chinese noodles* | |
1 | Baby shrimp - drained | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Vinegar |
1 | Soy sauce (optional) | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey |
1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Sun flower seeds |
* Top Ramen style - do not use the flavor packet in this recipe.
Wisk together oil, vinegar, and honey. Pour over all other ingredients. Mix well. Cover and let stand in refrigerator 24 hours.
