Cabbage Fruit Salad With Sour-Cream Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Cabbage; raw - shredded |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Apple - diced, unpeeled (medium) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Raisins |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Pineapple juice |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
Prepare cabbage and apple
Use 1 tbs lemon juice to wet diced apple to prevent darkening.
Toss cabbage, raisins, and apple. Mix fruit juices, salt, and sugar.
Add sour cream, stir until smooth; add to salad and chill.
