Buttermilk Salad Dressing - 2

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 118mlButtermilk
1/2 cup 118mlMayonnaise, light
3 tablespoons 45mlMinced fresh parsley
3 tablespoons 45mlChopped chives
1   Garlic - minced
1 tablespoon 15mlFresh tarragon - minced
1 tablespoon 15mlLemon juice
1   Worcestershire - sauce
  Salt and coarse pepper, to taste

Recipe Instructions

Procedure: Gently fold ingredients together; refrigerate until serving time.

Spoon over torn lettuce or mixed salad.

Yield: Makes about 1 cup dressing.
