Buttermilk Salad Dressing - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Buttermilk |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise, light |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Minced fresh parsley |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped chives |
| 1 | Garlic - minced | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh tarragon - minced |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 | Worcestershire - sauce | |
| Salt and coarse pepper, to taste |
Procedure: Gently fold ingredients together; refrigerate until serving time.
Spoon over torn lettuce or mixed salad.
Yield: Makes about 1 cup dressing.
