Buttermilk Mustard Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Buttermilk |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Plain low-fat yogurt |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dijon-style mustard |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Cucumber - peeled seeded |
1 | Green onion | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon zest - grated |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Orange zest - grated |
1 | White pepper |
Blend all ingredients together and chill before serving
Makes about 3/4 cup
