Broccoli Salad - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index

1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Raisins |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Red onion chopped |
1 cup | 237ml | Light mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vinegar |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Cheddar cheese - grated |
Cut broccoli flowerettes into bite size pieces. Fry bacon until crisp. .Drain on paper towel.
Add raisins, bacon, and onions to the broccoli.
Combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. Pour sauce over broccoli mixture and toss to coat
Top with grated cheddar cheese.
