Broccoli and Potatoes with Dill

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 474mlRed potatoes - cut in 1" chunks (medium)
1/2 cup 8g / 0.3ozFresh dill sprigs
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozBroccoli (about 1 1/4 cup)
3   Scallions - minced
3 tablespoons 45mlLemon juice
1 tablespoon 15mlOlive oil
1 teaspoon 5mlFresh dill - minced
  Black pepper

Recipe Instructions

Steam potatoes over boiling water containing the dill sprigs for about 5 min. Add broccoli and steam until vegetables are tender, about another 5 min.

Place potatoes and broccoli in large bowl and add scallions, lemon juice, olive oil and pepper. Toss well.

Serve warm as a side dish, or chill for about 1 hr and serve as a salad.
