Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
8 oz | 227g | Plain low-fat yogurt - (1 carton) |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Nonfat buttermilk |
2 oz | 56g | Blue cheese - crumbled (1/2 cup) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cider vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly ground pepper |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Clov garlic - crushed (small) |
Spoon yogurt onto several layers of heavy-duty paper towels. Spread to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cover with additional paper towels; let stand 5 minutes.
Scrape into a small bowl, using a rubber spatula.
Add buttermilk and remaining ingredients; stir well. Cover and chill
