Black Bean Relish

Recipe Ingredients

2/3 cup 106g / 3.7ozBlack beans - cooked until
  Tender and drained
1/2   Cilantro - chopped
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozCorn
1/3 cup 48g / 1.7ozRed bell peppers - seeded diced
2 tablespoons 30mlOlive oil
1   Lime - juiced
2   Tabasco sauce or to taste
  Salt to taste
  Pepper to taste

Recipe Instructions

Dice the red peppers the same size as the beans.

In a medium bowl place all of the ingredients and stir them together.

Let the relish sit for 1 hour before serving it.
