6 cups | 1422ml | Cubed cooked potatoes |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Celery - slices |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Radish - slices |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Green pepper - chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Green onion - slices |
2 | Hard-boiled egg - chopped | |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Miracle Whip salad dressing |
Lettuce | ||
1 | Hard-boiled egg - sliced | |
Green pepper - strips | ||
Tomato wedges |
Combine potatoes, celery, radishes, green pepper, green onion, eggs, seasonings and salad dressing; mix lightly. Press into 1 1/2 quart bowl lightly brushed with salad dressing.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Unmold; surround with lettuce. Garnish with egg slices, green pepper and tomato to form flowers
