Basic Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 59ml | Red wine vinegar or rice wine |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Apple juice concentrate |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Onion powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Low-sodium soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dijon mustard no-salt added |
1 | Red (cayenne) pepper |
Place all ingredients in jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well.
When mixture is well blended, place in refrigerator until served.
