Avocado-And-Grapefruit Salad With Pomegranate Seeds Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Loosely packed torn romaine lettuce |
2 cups | 474ml | Loosely packed torn radicchio |
2 cups | 474ml | Grapefruit sections - (2 large grapefruit) |
1/2 | Red onion - sliced, separated (small) | |
1 | Avocado - peeled and sliced (medium) | |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Pomegranate seeds |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Honey |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh lime juice |
Place 1/2 cup romaine and 1/2 cup radicchio on each of 4 salad plates. Divide grapefruit, onion, and avocado evenly among plates; top with pomegranate seeds. Combine honey and lime juice, stirring with a wire whisk. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of the dressing over each salad.
