| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Catsup |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire SAUCE |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vinegar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
| 2 | Avocado |
Cut avocado in half lengthwise. Twist the two pieces to separate. Remove the pit. Bring to a boil in saucepan all ingredients except the avocado. Spoon into cavity and serve.
