Asian Coleslaw Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 1/2 | Precut cabbage and carrot | |
| 2 | Green onions - chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Slivered almonds | 
| 4 tablespoons | 60ml | Sesame seeds | 
| 1 cup | 237ml | Cocktail peanuts | 
| 3 | Chicken-flavored ramen noodles | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Canola oil | 
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Rice wine vinegar | 
| 3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Sugar | 
Prepare dressing as follows: Combine oil, sugar, vinegar and the flavoring package from the noodles in a covered jar. Shake vigorously.
Add the peanuts, onions, almonds, sesame seeds, and crushed noodles to the vegetable mixture. Mix well. Add the dressing and combine.
