Apricot Delight Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
2 packets | Apricot Jell-O | |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Water |
1 can | Crushed pineapple - undrained | |
1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Nuts - chopped |
2/3 cup | 131g / 4.6oz | Sugar |
2 cans | Apricot baby food | |
1 can | Condensed milk - chilled | |
1 packet | Cream cheese - (8 oz) |
Combine Jell-O, sugar and water, bring to a boil and dissolve Jell-O. Remove from heat, stir in fruit; set aside to cool. Combine milk and cream cheese, beat until smooth. Stir in Jell-O mixture, add nuts. Pour into mold or bowl and refrigerate.
