1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 cup | 237ml | Vinegar |
16 oz | 454g | Green beans - drained |
16 oz | 454g | Yellow beans - drained |
16 oz | 454g | Lima beans - drained |
16 oz | 454g | Garbanzo beans - can, drained |
16 oz | 454g | Red kidney beans - drained |
1 | Green pepper - slivered | |
4 | Celery - sliced | |
3 | Onions - medium, sliced thin |
Combine sugar, salt vinegar in pan, bring to boil for 1 min. Cool. Toss all other ingredients together and pour the vinegar mixture over them. Marinate for 24 hrs in refrigerator, stirring occasionally
