Ambrosia Waldorf Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 186g / 6.6oz | Fresh or frozen cranberry halves |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
3 cups | 711ml | Miniature marshmallows |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Unpeeled apples - diced |
1 cup | 237ml | Seedless green grapes - halved |
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Pecans - chopped |
1 can | Ca pineapple tidbits - drained | |
1 cup | 237ml | Heavy cream - whipped |
Coconut - shredded or flaked |
Combine cranberries and sugar. In a large bowl, combine the marshmallows, apples, grapes, pecans and pineapple. Add cranberries and mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Cover and chill.
Sprinkle with coconut before serving.
