BLT Burritos Recipe - Cooking Index
12 | Bacon | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Mayonnaise |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Freshly ground pepper |
3 cups | 438g / 15oz | Iceberg lettuce - chopped |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Tomatoes - diced |
4 | Burrito-size tortillas - softened |
1. Cook bacon until crisp, drain on paper towels and crumble.
2. Combine mayonnaise and pepper in large bowl. Stir in bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. Fill each of 4 tortillas with a generous 1 cup mixture, fold in sides and roll up.
NOTES: It's a wrap! Try a favorite standby with a twist-bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise in tortillas instead of bread.
