Blanco Bean Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
15 oz | 426g | White beans - canned, rinsed and drained |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lime or lemon juice |
1 | Garlic - crushed | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground cumin |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dried oregano |
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a medium serving bowl and chill for about 1 hour. This can be made a day ahead, covered and refrigerated. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
