1 | Iceberg lettuce - rinsed and dried, torn in pieces | |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Fresh spinach - rinsed and dried, torn in pieces |
1 | Frozen peas | |
1 | Red onion - chopped (large) | |
8 | Eggs - hard cooked | |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Bacon - fried and crumbled |
2 cups | 474ml | Real mayonnaise |
8 oz | 227g | Sour cream |
1 | Hidden Valley ranch dressing |
Layer first six ingredients in large salad bowl in the order given. Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream and Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing; spread on top of 6 layers.
Refrigerate over night. Do not toss until ready to serve.
