20-Minute Potato Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Medium red potatoes - quartered | 
| 1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Green onions - sliced | 
| 1 cup | 237ml | Red or green bell pepper - sliced (small) | 
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Miracle Whip - salad dressing | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Coarse ground mustard | 
Add potatoes to boiling water; cook 12 minutes or until tender. Drain.
Toss with remaining ingredients; refrigerate.
