1/2 | Red onion - sliced | |
1/4 | Celery - chopped Creamy Buttermilk Dressing | |
1/2 | Lowfat buttermilk | |
3/8 | Fat-free mayonnaise | |
1 | Grated Parmesan cheese | |
1 | Dried parsley | |
1/4 | Cracked pepper | |
1 | Garlic clove - minced |
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, and toss well. Spoon
Creamy Buttermilk Dressing evenly over salad, and toss gently to coat.
Serve immediately.
Creamy Buttermilk Dressing:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Yield about 14
tablespoons.
Yield:6 servings (serving size:about 1/2 cup ).
