Tossed Salad with Creamy Buttermilk Dressing (1 PT)

Recipe Ingredients

2   Romaine lettuce - torn
2   Leaf lettuce - curly (torn)
1 1/4   Cherry tomatoes - halved
1/2   Red onion - sliced
1/4   Celery - chopped Creamy Buttermilk Dressing
1/2   Lowfat buttermilk
3/8   Fat-free mayonnaise
1   Grated Parmesan cheese
1   Dried parsley
1/4   Cracked pepper
1   Garlic clove - minced

Recipe Instructions

1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, and toss well. Spoon

Creamy Buttermilk Dressing evenly over salad, and toss gently to coat.

Serve immediately.

Creamy Buttermilk Dressing:

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Yield about 14

tablespoons.

Yield:6 servings (serving size:about 1/2 cup ).
