Summer Spinach Salad (3 PTS)

Recipe Ingredients

1/2   Vegetable oil
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozChopped onion
2   Cider vinegar
2 teaspoons 10mlCider vinegar
2 tablespoons 30mlSugar
2 teaspoons 10mlSugar
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlDry mustard
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlPoppy seeds
8 cups 1896mlFresh spinach - torn
3   Green onions - sliced
3   Bananas - cut in 1/2" slices (large)
1/2   Slivered almonds - toasted
2   Strawberries - cut in 1/2" slices

Recipe Instructions

Place the first six ingredients in a blender or food processor; cover and process until the sugar is dissolved. Add the poppy seeds, process just until blended. In a salad bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
