1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped onion |
2 | Cider vinegar | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Poppy seeds |
8 cups | 1896ml | Fresh spinach - torn |
3 | Green onions - sliced | |
3 | Bananas - cut in 1/2" slices (large) | |
1/2 | Slivered almonds - toasted | |
2 | Strawberries - cut in 1/2" slices |
Place the first six ingredients in a blender or food processor; cover and process until the sugar is dissolved. Add the poppy seeds, process just until blended. In a salad bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
