1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped peppers |

1 teaspoon | 5ml | Oregano |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Basil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |

1 | Frozen spinach | |
2 cups | 474ml | Ricotta cheese, part skim milk |
1 | Egg - beaten | |
12 oz | 340g | Lasagna noodles |
11 oz | 312g | Mozzarella cheese, part skim milk - shredded |
13 oz | 369g | Ground turkey |
In skillet, melt 1/2 marg. until bubbly and hot. Add mushrooms and saute
2-3 minutes. Set aside.
Cook lasagna noodles or if using the quick cook noodles, wait.
Melt other margarine over medium heat; add onions, garlic and peppers.
Saute until soft. Add beef, tomato Sauce, oregano, basil, pepper and bay
leaf. Mix well. Simmer 25-30 minutes at reduced heat. Meanwhile,
combine spinach, rocotta, egg, dash of salt and pepper. Preheat oven to
350. Layer as follows in a large pan.

remaining tomato mix
mozzarella
Bake 40-50 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Cut into 8
squares.
If you cut into 8 large squares, you have a huge serving and it is
worth 10 points, OR you can cut into 12 pieces and each
piece will be worth 7 points. This recipe is well worth the effort
and your family and friends will rave about it as do mine.
