Black Bean Dip - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Black beans - drained | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - finely chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh cilantro - finely chopped |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Pickled jalapenos - minced |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Pickled jalapeno juice |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vege-sal seasoning - (or a favorite blend) |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground cumin |
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
