Preheat even to 350.
Mix garlic, oregano, basil and cheese in a small bowl utnil well blended.
Pour mixture into a large plastic freezer bag or plastic grocery bag. Dust
bread cubes lightly with a shot of olive-oil flavored cooking spray. Add
bread cubes to bag and shake until coated with spices. Not all spices
will stick to bread, but that's OK.
Place bread cubes in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake until Croutons
are crisp and golden brown, about 10 - 15 minutes (it depends on the kind
of bread you use, so keep your eye on them). Let cool.
Store in an airtight container or plastic bag for up to 1 week.
Each serving is 1/4 cup.
