Black Bean Dip - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 | Black beans - rinsed and drained | |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Fresh lime juice |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Chopped lime zest |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Chicken broth |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground cumin |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cayenne |
| 4 | Jalapeno peppers - coarsely chopped | |
| 1 | Red bell pepper - stem, seeds, and ribs removed | |
| 1/2 cup | 8g / 0.3oz | Fresh cilantro - chopped |
Place the first six ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until just chunky.
Transfer to a medium-size bowl and add the remaining ingredients; mix well.
Taste and adjust seasoning with more lime juice or cayenne.
