1 cup 237mlGreen bell pepper - strips
1 teaspoon 5mlDried Italian seasonings
28 oz 795gTomatoes, canned - drained and chopped
2 tablespoons 30mlParmesan cheese

Recipe Instructions

Combine all except cheese in a shallow 2 qt baking dish; cover and

microwave at High 14 minutes, stirring after 7 minutes. Serve with a

small sprinking of cheese if desired. 1 cup equal 1 serving.
