Quick Turkey Salad Sandwich (diabetic from ADA)(2.5 PTS)

Recipe Ingredients

3/4   Roasted turkey breast
1   Fat-free sour cream
1   Reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/2   Chopped red onion
1/4   Balsamic vinegar
1   Salt and pepper
1   Dried rosemary leaves - or 1/4 tsp fresh
  Rosemary
1/2   Oat bran English muffin - toasted

Recipe Instructions

1.Cut the turkey into very small bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

2.In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream, mayonnaise,

onion, vinegar, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Stir in the

turkey.

3.Mound the mixture on an English muffin half.
