3/4 cup | 120g / 4.2oz | Brown sugar - packed |
3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Sugar |

1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla extract |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | All-purpose flour |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Quick-cooking oats |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking soda |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground cinnamon |
1 cup | 237ml | Pumpkin - canned or fresh |
1 1/2 cups | 165g / 5.8oz | Semisweet chocolate chips |
In a mixing bowl, cream better and sugars. Beat in egg and
vanilla. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and cinnamon; stir into creamed
mixture
alternately with pumpkin. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls
onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-13 minutes or
until lightly browned.
NOTE: Easy enough for kids to do, and delicious...
