PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES (2 PTS)

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 198g / 7ozReduced-calorie margarine - softened
3/4 cup 120g / 4.2ozBrown sugar - packed
3/4 cup 148g / 5.2ozSugar
2   Egg whites
1 teaspoon 5mlVanilla extract
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozAll-purpose flour
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozQuick-cooking oats
1 teaspoon 5mlBaking soda
1 teaspoon 5mlGround cinnamon
1 cup 237mlPumpkin - canned or fresh
1 1/2 cups 165g / 5.8ozSemisweet chocolate chips

Recipe Instructions

In a mixing bowl, cream better and sugars. Beat in egg and

vanilla. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and cinnamon; stir into creamed

mixture

alternately with pumpkin. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls

onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-13 minutes or

until lightly browned.

NOTE: Easy enough for kids to do, and delicious...
