Plum Oatmeal Crisp (4 PTS) Recipe - Cooking Index

2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Cinnamon |
Nonstick cooking spray | ||
1/2 cup | 118ml | Old fashioned oatmeal |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | All purpose flour |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Unsalted butter - chilled and cut into small pieces |
2 cups | 474ml | Nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt |
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine plums, lemon juice, sugar, and half the
cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. Transfer to an 8 inch
square baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside. Combine
oats, remaining cinnamon, flour and sugar in another bowl. Mix thoroughly in
a bowl or food processor. Add butter and cut in until mixture resembles
coarse meal. Sprinkle over plum mixture. Bake 40 minutes until top is
lightly browned.
Serve with frozen yogurt.
