Plum Oatmeal Crisp (4 PTS)

Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs 908g / 32ozPlums - sliced
2 tablespoons 30mlLemon juice
1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozSugar
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCinnamon
  Nonstick cooking spray
1/2 cup 118mlOld fashioned oatmeal
2 tablespoons 30mlAll purpose flour
2 tablespoons 30mlBrown sugar
2 tablespoons 30mlUnsalted butter - chilled and cut into small pieces
2 cups 474mlNonfat vanilla frozen yogurt

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine plums, lemon juice, sugar, and half the

cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. Transfer to an 8 inch

square baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside. Combine

oats, remaining cinnamon, flour and sugar in another bowl. Mix thoroughly in

a bowl or food processor. Add butter and cut in until mixture resembles

coarse meal. Sprinkle over plum mixture. Bake 40 minutes until top is

lightly browned.

Serve with frozen yogurt.
