Recipe Ingredients

2 1/2 cups 100g / 3.5ozPacked fresh basil leaves - washed & dried
3 tablespoons 45mlPine nuts
1 tablespoon 15mlOlive oil
2   Garlic cloves - crushed
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1/2 cup 118mlWater
1/2 cup 118ml+ 2T grated Parmesan

Recipe Instructions

Combine the basil, pine nuts, oil, garlic, salt, and water in a food

processor or blender; puree. Add the cheese and puree 30

seconds.
