2 1/2 cups | 100g / 3.5oz | Packed fresh basil leaves - washed & dried |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Pine nuts |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
2 | Garlic cloves - crushed | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
1/2 cup | 118ml | + 2T grated Parmesan |
Combine the basil, pine nuts, oil, garlic, salt, and water in a food
processor or blender; puree. Add the cheese and puree 30
seconds.
