PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE PUDDING (3 PTS) Recipe - Cooking Index
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Unsweetened cocoa |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cornstarch |
1 cup | 237ml | Skim milk |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Peanut butter |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla extract |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Chocolate extract |
In a small saucepan, combine cocoa and cornstarch. Gradually stir in
milk, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients.
Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to
a boil. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Pour into two bowls or custard cups. Chill thoroughly.
Per serving: 141 calories, 4 grams fat, 2 milligrams cholesterol, 19 grams carbohydrates, 1 gram fiber, 6 grams protein, 102 milligrams sodium.
