Orange Tapioca Salad (4 PTS)

Recipe Ingredients

3 cups 711mlWater
3 oz 85gGelatin
3 3/8 oz 95gInstant vanilla pudding mix
3 oz 85gTapioca pudding mix
15 oz 426gMandarin oranges - drained
8 oz 227gCrushed pineapple - drained
8 oz 227gCool Whip Lite® - thawed

Recipe Instructions

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Whisk in gelatin and pudding mixes.

Return to a boil, stirring constantly; boil for one minute. Remove from the

heat and cool completely.. Fold in oranges, pineapple and whipped topping.

Spoon into a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
