Not So Lite Ghirdelli Double Choco Cookies ( 2 PTS)

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/8   Flour - Unsifted
2   Baking soda
1   Salt
1   Butter - 2 Stick
1   Shortening - Butter Flavored
1 1/2   Sugar
1 1/2   Brown sugar - packed
4   Eggs
1 1/3   Vanilla extract
1 3/8   Chocolate Chips - Double - Ghirdelli

Recipe Instructions

1) Mix dry ingrediants together put aside

2) Cream together butter, crisco, sugers egg, vanillia. I cream in my mixer

for a long time!

3) Combine the 2 mixs lightly an dbag of chips. I stick in fridge till more

firm an d use arounded teaspoon to shape and to put on pan.

4) Bake at 375 F for 9-11 minutes or until golden. About 4 dozen 2 1/2

inch cookies!

NOTES : recipe called for 2 sticks of butter i use have butter and have

butter flavored crisco for melt in your mouth cookies!

I have doubled recipe because i freeze dough after shaping on foil or coookie

sheets , pout in freezzer bag and have auto cookies when needed!
