Not So Lite Ghirdelli Double Choco Cookies ( 2 PTS) Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/8 | Flour - Unsifted | |
2 | Baking soda | |
1 | Salt | |
1 | Butter - 2 Stick | |
1 | Shortening - Butter Flavored | |
1 1/2 | Sugar | |
1 1/2 | Brown sugar - packed | |
4 | Eggs | |
1 1/3 | Vanilla extract | |
1 3/8 | Chocolate Chips - Double - Ghirdelli |
1) Mix dry ingrediants together put aside
2) Cream together butter, crisco, sugers egg, vanillia. I cream in my mixer
for a long time!
3) Combine the 2 mixs lightly an dbag of chips. I stick in fridge till more
firm an d use arounded teaspoon to shape and to put on pan.
4) Bake at 375 F for 9-11 minutes or until golden. About 4 dozen 2 1/2
inch cookies!
NOTES : recipe called for 2 sticks of butter i use have butter and have
butter flavored crisco for melt in your mouth cookies!

I have doubled recipe because i freeze dough after shaping on foil or coookie
sheets , pout in freezzer bag and have auto cookies when needed!
