1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
Zest of one lemon | ||
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
3 | Lemon juice |
1. In blender, combine cornstarch and water.
2. Mix on high for 1 minute.
3. Transfer cornstarch mixture to small nonstick saucepan.
4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
5. Cook over high heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens.
6. Remove from heat.
7. Serve warm over ginger bread or spice cake.
Makes about one cup.
