24 oz | 681g | Tomato paste |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Vegetable broth |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground cumin |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic cloves - minced |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Cider vinegar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Oregano |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Fresh ground pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Mustard powder |
1. In blender, combine all ingredients.
2. Mix on high for 3 minutes.
3. Scrape sides of blender occasionally.
4. Chill.
5. Can be stored in air tight container for 2 to 3 weeks in refrigerator.
Makes about 3 cups.
