Low-Fat Grouper L'Orange (3.5 PTS)

Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs 908g / 32ozGrouper (4 skinless - 8-ounce fillets,
  1/2-inch to 3/4-inch
  Thick)
2 tablespoons 30mlVegetable oil
2 tablespoons 30mlOrange juice
2 teaspoons 10mlGrated orange rind
1   Nutmeg
1   Pepper

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lay grouper fillets in a large, shallow,

greased baking dish. Add enough water to reach halfway up the

thickness of the fish. Mix together oil, orange juice, and rind; pour

over fish. Sprinkle with nutmeg and pepper. Bake 12 to 15 minutes

(depending on thickness). Do not overcook.
