Individual Kahlua Cheesecakes (3 PTS) Recipe - Cooking Index

3/4 cup | 177ml | Neufchatel cheese - or cream cheese softened |
3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Cottage cheese - 1% fat |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Powdered sugar - plus 2 tablespoons |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Egg substitute |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Kahlua - plus 2 tablespoons |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Vanilla |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Fat free hot fudge topping - warmed |
Coat 12 ( 2 1/2 inch ) paper baking cups with cooking spray; sprinkle
chocolate wafer crumbs evenly on bottom and up sides of cups. Place paper
cups in muffin cups. Combine Neufchatel and next 5 ingredients in container
of blender, cover and proces til smooth. Stop to scrape down sides. Spoon
cheese mis evenly over wafer crumbs. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or til
almost set. Remove from oven. Let cool to room temp on wire rack. Cover
and chill. TO serve, remove paper liners and place on serving plates.
Drizzle evenly with hot fudge topping.
