Impossible Peaches & Cream Pie Makeover (5 PTS)

Recipe Ingredients

3 1/2 cups 829mlSliced peaches - well drained
1 teaspoon 5mlGround cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGround nutmeg
1 cup 237mlEvaporated skim milk
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozEgg substitute, liquid
3/4 cup 148g / 5.2ozSugar substitute
2/3 cup 73g / 2.6ozBisquick® baking mix
  Streusel (below)
1 tablespoon 15mlMargarine from soybean oil - firm
1/4 cup 27g / 1ozBisquick® baking mix
2 tablespoons 30mlSugar substitute
1/3 cup 30g / 1.1ozSlivered almonds - optional
6 tablespoons 90mlCool Whip Lite®

Recipe Instructions

Heat oven to 375F. Grease pie pan 10 x 1/2". Pat peach slices dry; place in

plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg; toss. Spread evenly in plate.

Mix streusel mixture well margarine, Bisquick, sugar substitute, and slivered

almonds if you use, set aside.

Beat remaining ingredients except streusel and evaporated skim milk until

smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with electric mixer

on high. Pour into plate. Sprinkle with Streusel Mixture.

Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes. Top each

serving with Cool Whip Lite.
