2 teaspoons | 10ml | Reduced-calorie margarine |
1 cup | 237ml | Frozen baby green peas |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground cardamom |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground cinnamon |
1 | Ground cloves | |
1 | White pepper | |
3/4 cup | 120g / 4.2oz | Cooked white rice |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Slivered almonds |
Melt margarine in medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add peas,
cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and pepper. Cook and stir 10 minutes or until
peas are tender. Add rice. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle almonds evenly over servings.
