Beef and Salsa Burritos

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/4 lbs 567g / 20ozGround beef
1 1/2 tablespoons 22mlChile powder
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGround cumin
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlPepper
1   Frozen chopped spinach - thawed, chopped
1 1/4 cups 296mlPrepared chunky salsa
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozCheddar cheese, shredded
8 cups 500g / 17ozFlour tortillas, warmed (medium)

Recipe Instructions

In large nonstick skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Pour off drippings. Season beef with chile powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir in spinach and salsa, heat through. Remove from heat stir in cheese. Spoon 1/2 cup beef mixture in center of each tortilla. Fold bottom edge up over filling, fold sides to center, overlapping edges.

Makes 8 burritos.
